as a member of the interval I was expecting to be able to use my membership number and be able to exchange my week and or at least watch the available dates to pay a getaway. please invest in improving it please! so disappointed. zero star if I can. long way to improve it.

Its great to see where I can use my membership but it would be even greater to see the points and weeks associated with that resort, so I could better plan how to use my points. It would also be wonderful if we could book our stay on the app. But just having the point/weeks info would be a huge improvement. We have a wedding in Cuba next year. There is not one resort in Cuba that we can use our timeshare points with :(

The app is ok for browsing resorts and bookmarking favourites - a feature the actual website lacks - but really... Where is the ability to login to my Interval account and book getaways and exchanges? That is the main feature I am looking for in this app.

Its fine if you just want to look at resorts, but I would like to be able to book exchanges and see availability.

There is no point to this app. All that can be done is the browsing of resorts and the booking of Getaways, which require membership. As an Interval member, I cannot access my membership or make exchanges, which is the entire point of belonging to Interval. But hey- at least I can share resorts via Pinterest!

Please update the app to include more resort info like sleeping setups and check in days

This app would be vastly improved if it could facilitate trades.

This app is for promotional purposes only, as it does not allow an interval customer to access their Interval account to do exchanges, pay fees, etc., so basically useless except for browsing through Interval resorts.

Having been a member for 37 years, I can honestly say I have watched and used this organization from virtually its inception to its present state. And regrettably its current status has all the earmarks,in my opinion, of a monolithic entity on the precipice of total collapse as a result of the inability to provide a match up of accommodation to ones travel needs. Time share was once upon a time made sense........40 years ago. It has outlived its utility and has become a virtual "scam" for the less sophisticated traveler who is " hot boxed" now days into buying something that has virtually no real utility, and absolutely no resale value. I went from great enjoyment and economy of use to total frustration and negative value. Im glad my timeshare had an End to the contract, most dont, continue into perpetuity and inure to your unsuspecting heirs! Get a lawyer if youre even considering buying one and he will tell you dont do it. And if you have one purchased in the mast 10 years or so, youre "done". Good luck, as you will certainly need it .

Can you fix your app already? For the last few months, its generally useless because it wont connect to the server. So I get alerts for my chosen cities, then cant look at them. Maybe a day or two later I can possibly get in, and of course, the good ones are gone. This app is about useless.

Limited to Getaways only, no banking, trading or even account info other than your member number. Truly a crAPP. Even Getaways is PAINFUL to use. Instead of a list, you have to know the exact destination or resort you want to visit. Id rather see a list and choose where I want to go vs having to know I want to go to Bosman, MO or Seattle, WA, or Marriott Costa Mesa. Jeez youd bet here for hours listing ever place in the II book. Like I said this is a real crAPP. Dont bother.

After getting rid of this APP a few months ago, I decided to give it another try - its still hopeless. I cant even get into my a/c details. Diana.

The app is not working. Keeps giving message "Cannot Connect".

Too darn basic. Borders on being useless. Needs Touch ID. Need to be able to exchange. Needs better navigation. Needs better account management. Needs more intuitive interface.

This app doesnt work most of the time. It kicks you off 9 times out of 10 where you have to re-log back on. It only allows you to search or setup Getaway alerts 12 months out, when on their website you can search 18 months in advance. It often gives error messages as well. Plus, you cant use it to check for exchanges or pending requests. Its just not a good app and rather pointless.

You can purchase Getaways. Thats it. I was hoping to use it for exchanges, but it doesnt have that functionality. Nor can you deposit. Its a useless app.

I have both interval and RCI big difference in their apps. This app is useless. The way I see it they put no effort into it. You should be able to search and book an exchange. I am deleting it! Its not worth the the memory to store it. Try again Interval.

Unable to see check in days. Everything is ok with the App.. It would be more convenient if they had the check in days.

I wish that this ap would work properly. I love the idea of getaway alerts, but it is very frustrating when it closes each time I click on something. With each click it logs me out and requires me to log back in!!! Something is wrong- hopefully Interval fixes the bugs in this ap. if it gets fixed this ap could get more stars.
